(W)Holesome Products Inc. has, in the last two decades, produced some of the most eye-catching and innovative children’s programming on television. Holman and Huang bring combined backgrounds in theater, film, animation, fine art and comics to their work, which the LA TIMES has called,
“a wildly inventive treat...some of the most wonderfully weird animation to hit the small screen in a long time.”
(W)PI’s most recent project is THE BITE-SIZED ADVENTURES OF SAM SANDWICH – a 10 x 3min stop-motion/mixed media series, currently airing on DISNEY JUNIOR. Other TV projects, created and produced since (W)PI’s inception have included 13 half-hour stop-motion/live action episodes of PHANTOM INVESTIGATORS for KIDS' WB!, four seasons of the mixed-media series LIFE WITH LOOPY for NICKELODEON'S KABLAM!, DUDLEY & NESTOR DO NOTHING (the premiere episode of DISNEY CHANNEL'S animated shorts series SHORTY MCSHORT'S SHORTS), as well as several specials and pilots for FOX FAMILY, the JIM HENSON COMPANY, NICK Jr. and MTV. (W)PI’s independent animated short, THE PIGEON AND THE ONION PIE has featured in film festivals throughout the world.
British-born Holman began his TV career working on Pee Wee’s Playhouse and creating segments for MTV’s Liquid TV. His performance/theater troupe ‘Theatre Carnivale’ was a staple of the LA art scene in the late 1980’s/90’s and his fine art projects have been lauded over the years in The New York Times, SF Weekly, Wired, Paper Magazine, LA Weekly and The Village Voice.

Born in Taiwan, and raised in Canada and America, Huang initially studied fine art and has exhibited and performed in the US, Japan and UK. Huang's first job in animation was on Tim Burton’s “The Nightmare Before Christmas”. She has since been a lead animator on “James and the Giant Peach”, animated on Henry Selick's “Monkeybone”, Wes Anderson's “The Life Aquatic”, Charlie Kaufman’s, "Anomalisa" and animated comedy feature "Hell & Back".
